Refund & Cancellation Policy

GymPro does not currently offer public self-service paid subscriptions or checkout through this website.

Eligible new owners may be offered a trial through the authenticated onboarding flow. Trial availability and duration are determined by the current product configuration and shown during access setup. Starting a trial does not create a public self-service paid renewal commitment.

GymPro may agree paid access, a pilot or an early-access arrangement directly with a customer. Before accepting payment, GymPro will disclose the applicable price, access period, payment method, taxes, renewal position, cancellation conditions and any refund terms in writing.

There is no universal public cancellation notice period or effective-cancellation rule at this stage. A customer with a separate commercial arrangement should follow the cancellation terms supplied for that arrangement or contact founder@gympro.in with the account email and relevant payment reference.

GymPro does not publish a default refund window, partial-period refund promise or exceptional-refund rule because those commercial decisions have not been approved. Any refund entitlement will be the one disclosed before payment, agreed in writing, or required by applicable law.

If a separately arranged payment fails or cannot be verified, GymPro may delay activation or pause paid access in accordance with the communicated commercial terms. Do not send card numbers, bank passwords or authentication codes by email.

Before introducing public paid checkout, GymPro will update this policy with confirmed billing cadence, renewal, cancellation, refund, upgrade, downgrade, tax and payment-processing terms. Those terms will apply prospectively as disclosed during purchase.

Billing and cancellation questions may be sent to founder@gympro.in. Include only the information needed to identify the relevant arrangement or payment; do not include sensitive payment credentials.
